Top 5 Favourites Lashes

I am absolutely obsessed with false lashes and I'm always on the hunt to find the best pair. Lashes just complete a make up look so it is necessary to find the right style for you. After much contemplation I managed to narrow it down to my top five favourite lashes that I would definitely recommend to my followers.

Huda Beauty - Scarlett #8
From the worlds fastest growing lash brand the huda beauty Scarlett lashes are very dramatic and are perfect to complete a full on makeup glam. I love using Scarlett lashes when doing a cut crease look as it just adds to the intensity. These lashes are thick yet so soft that they feel feathery, however I would like to add that the band is a bit too thick for my liking (so make sure you apply a generous amount of glue)! The packaging is very creative and I love the concept of huda kattan's eyes on the back. I bought these lashes from cult beauty for £15.50 but for all non uk residents you can purchase at shophudabeauty.com for $20.

Koko Lashes - Queen B
I first seen the queen b lashes on @lustrelux's Instagram and I immediately fell in love. The best thing is that they are totally inexpensive at just $6.99 on ladymoss.com. These long length lashes suit all eye shapes and the multi layers creates a beautiful wispy effect. The lash band is super comfortable making them easy to apply and they stay on all day/night without budging. The packaging is cute and girly, plus I like how you can clearly see the lashes inside.

Velour Lashes - Doll Me Up
My most recent lash purchase is the velour 'doll me up' mink lashes, they are so comfortable and lightweight that I virtually feel like I'm not even wearing them.
I purchased these lashes at beautybay.com for £18 but they are also available at velourlashes.com for $30.
I love how these lashes are the same length all the way around resulting in a doll like effect, they remind me of the lilly lashes in styles Miami and Monaco. As stated on the velour website these lashes follow a long-short pattern helping achieve a dramatic yet flirtatious look. The box is quite bulky but it has a chic damask print all over the packaging.

Koko Lashes - Goddess
Yet another one of my favourite lashes is by Koko lashes and this style is goddess. They are 100% dupes for the house of lashes 'iconic' style. Retailing at $6.99 on ladymoss.com these lashes are a definite must buy. The way the lashes flare out towards the end makes them perfect for a cat eye look. I've worn them a few times and I must say they are durable/long lasting. The box is simple looking and small so it is the perfect size to fit in any storage boxes or bag.

Lilly Lashes - Mykonos
The most expensive and definitely my favourite lashes that I own are the Lilly 3D mink lashes in 'mykonos'. On lillylashes.com they are available to purchase for $29.99, but being based in the uk I bought them from hookedupshop.co.uk for £24.99. The packaging looks very luxurious but unfortunately the back of the box ruins it and looks tacky (I'm just being honest). The lashes are full looking but still comfortable and wearable. They are high quality therefore absolutely worth every penny and I am positive they will last 20-25 wears as stated on their website. The Mykonos lashes blend in well with my own eyelashes which is just another reason why they are my fave !

I always use the Revlon precision lash adhesive when applying my lashes as it is strong and dries clear resulting in no mess.
